Its aim is to combine cross-sector EDI insights and evidence to inform robust outcomes, building on experience and expertise to share best practice and support industry-wide changes.

TIDE is building an Energy EDI Hub, a one-stop shop for EDI and HR professionals across industry to share best practice, resources and signpost to organisations that can help companies, and support individuals across the energy sector.
We’re looking for as much input as possible to make sure this is a useful resource, which collates helpful information in one place.

Leaders’ Commitment
Moving the dial on EDI will take honest conversations and real commitment from leaders across the energy industry. TIDE’s Leaders’ Commitment is an individual pledge to incite change.
Health index
TIDE’s EDI Health Index will provide a benchmark for EDI maturity for companies across the energy industry. It will provide a baseline from which to measure progress as well as allow companies to benchmark themselves anonymously.
