Accreditations
Seeking accreditation can drive your organisation to ensure it is using the best known practices to improve EDI. It can also help with recruitment, as people are increasingly looking for workplaces that are inclusive, as well as customer and stakeholder reputation.
Carer Confident
The Carer Confident benchmarking scheme assists employers to build a supportive and inclusive workplace for staff who are, or will become, carers and to make the most of the talents that carers can bring to the workplace.
Disability Confidence scheme
The scheme is supported by government, so there is clear process and guidance to support application and accreditation. Each level of Disability Confidence (1, 2 and 3) each require some commitments and actions, and provide a level of flexibility to allow companies to pursue additional improvements to disability accessibility that suits their context (e.g. to become Disability Confident Committed – Level 1 -, you can offer one of work experience, shadowing, trials, etc.)
Investors in People
Investors in People assess how your organisation is performing against their frameworks, and advises and supports you on how to improve your workplace culture over time.
It offers three accreditations; Investors in People, Investors in Wellbeing and Investors in Apprentices
