Suggest a good practice case study
The solution to ED&I is like a complex picture puzzle and companies across the industry are holding different pieces. Together we are a lot closer to solving the puzzle than we are independently.
We are collecting different examples of good practice to build a more complete picture of how we, as an industry solve the ED&I challenges facing the sector.
Below you can submit your own case study, which will be reviewed by one of the team. Or you can take a look at some of the good practice we’ve already found.
To tackle such a broad topic we have broken it down into 10 digestible themes:
- EDI strategies and roadmaps to action
- Data collection and targets
- Leadership and company culture
- Environmental, Social and Governance
- Visibility and role models
- Attraction
- Recruitment good practice
- Progression and Retention
- Developing and engaging with networks
- EDI in the supply chain
Good practice can mean different things to different people. Our definition is a procedure that has been shown by research and experience to produce optimal results and that is established or proposed as a standard suitable for widespread adoption.
We have already begun collecting some fantastic examples of good practice from across the energy industry but we need more.
We also welcome good practice from other industries under these topics, as long as it can be applied easily to companies within the energy industry.
We appreciate that most ED&I leads are working on multiple projects at once and often have a different primary role within their business so at this stage we are asking for people to submit a high level summary of the good practice they have adopted, the actions they have taken and the results. If selected, a member of the good practice team will work with you to write a full case study to feature on the hub.
