Supporting ex-offenders back into work
There has been a lot of noise recently around supporting ex-offenders back into the workplace. It is great to see Sizewell C in The Observer discussing how the project will see hundreds of ex-offenders being trained and employed at the nuclear power station as part of a major effort to create social value through public infrastructure.
The initiative aims to reduce reoffending, address skills shortages, and tap into overlooked talent, with strong backing from government and major employers. Read more in The Observer.
Bounce Back and Ingenus also have advice on how employers can unlock loyal, reliable talent by offering fair chances, practical support and second-chance hiring practices.
