Increasing gender representation in energy

Executive recruitment firm, Newsom Consulting has published its 2023 Gender Diversity report. In 2023, the percentage of companies where women made up a third of executive teams rose to 37%, showing the steady progress transport and infrastructure companies are making to improve diversity and inclusion.

Scope are bringing the utilities sector, industry experts and disabled people together for a free 1 day, in-person innovation challenge.  

Scope will be updating the sector on its latest utilities research. You’ll learn about real and varied disabled experiences throughout the day and join forces in a facilitated hackathon to find unique solutions together.
