Top Tip: Swap corporate jargon for accessible alternatives
Using corporate jargon can mean you exclude people from your message. Rather than improving understanding, corporate language can often confuse people, particularly those with additional needs.
Scope, the disability equality charity, explains how you can speak, write and communicate more clearly at work with accessible alternatives to office jargon.
