2025 Inclusion Measurement Framework open now!
This year’s Inclusion Measurement Framework (IMF) is now open for companies to register until Friday 24 October. Run by Energy & Utility Skills, alongside The Equal Group, the IMF measures inclusion across the themes of Leadership, Attraction and Recruitment, Retention and Progression.
It aims to provide an overview of the current diversity and inclusion picture across the sector and to help participating companies and the sector understand how and where improvements can be made.
The IMF is open to all organisations in the energy and utilities sector and is free of charge to participate in. Learn more and register.
