Energize Mentorship Club reopens
Energyz Black has launched the second cohort of its Energize Mentorship Club – an initiative designed to connect energy and sustainability professionals with emerging talents from ethnic minority backgrounds.
The programme will provide tailored mentorship to 12 individuals to support their professional development and leadership growth.
Clean Energy Jobs Plan
Earlier this month, the Government published its Clean Energy Jobs Plan to train up the next generation of clean energy workers. Energy UK will continue to work alongside Energy & Utility Skills, POWERful Women, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and other trade associations to implement an industry-led Social Inclusion Forum as outlined in the Plan.

Ahead of Green Careers Week next week, Energy UK has published an explainer outlining the skills challenge and will be sharing case studies from companies across the sector.

Orange Orchid Inclusion Network
